Reservation and Booking Cancellation

Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we request that you notify us promptly. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 8 days of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No Shows: If you do not arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice, your reservation may be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. As J.R.R. Tolkien wrote, "It's a dangerous business, going out your door," so make sure to notify us if your plans change!

Refund Process

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our reservations team at 63632 93607. Be sure to include your booking details and the reason for your refund request.

Refund Approval: All refund requests are subject to review. We will respond with the outcome within 2 business days.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 1 business day for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Special Circumstances

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or government regulations, we may need to cancel or modify reservations. We will do our best to offer alternative dates or activities. If that is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Policy Updates: We may update this refund policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on our website with the revision date indicated at the top.
